Henchoz expecting Gerrard to stay

Gerrard has been linked with a big money move to Chelsea before the start of the season and Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has admitted he is interested in the player but Henchoz believes Gerrard will remain at Anfield.

"I'm not worried about the stories concerning Stevie. I think he wants to stay at Liverpool," says the Swiss defender.
 
"He's a Liverpool lad and he said he wanted to play for us in the Champions League. He's our captain and we need him."
