Liverpool yesterday agreed a fee with Sunderland, now believed to be around £16m, for the midfielder yesterday. David Ngog was not part of that transfer and for the moment remains at Anfield.
Henderson agreed personal terms and had a medical yesterday and the deal is expected to be formally completed today when the paperwork is completed.
