When asked whether the injury was serious he said: "Hopefully not. I'm having a scan tomorrow or Tuesday."
"It's nice to get a win every time I come here. The game was good for us. They couldn't break us down and we hit them on the break. The manager is very excited for us."
Heskey also responded to criticism that he does not score enough.
"Everyone going to say that but if the manager's happy with what I'm doing then I'm happy. We give 110 per cent every game."
