Heskey set to miss West Brom clash

The 25-year-old suffered a back injury in the 2-1 victory over Charlton on Easter Monday and now seems likely to miss out on Premiership action this Saturday. Milan Baros, who impressed when replacing Heskey at half-time against Charlton, will be favourite to take his place.

Houllier said: "Emile will not be training today because he has a back injury. He got a kick in the back against Charlton. At this moment, I would say he is doubtful but he is a quick healer."
