Hoddle looking forward to Anfield clash

Tottenham lie third in the League after an excellent start to the season for the Londerners, and it's form that the ex England boss is looking to maintain.

He said: "When you win matches and are in a decent position in the league it gives you confidence, and you can go into games with belief

We'll go up to Liverpool with that belief. They are a very good side, they are top of the league, and I am already looking forward to it. We need to keep ticking along and keep our level of performance up as high as it can be.

"Ten games have gone and we are in a nice position. There is still a lot of work to be done but we have a lot of talent which has been unavailable and which is coming back slowly and surely. That is a good sign for the club."

Liverpool welcome Jamie Redknapp back to Anfield in what will surely be an emotional day for the former Reds midfielder.
