Houllier: Diouf doubtful for Fulham

The Senegal international is suffering from a shin injury that is likely keep him out of action for a week - making him available for the Merseyside derby on April 19.

Houllier said: "He is a major doubt for the Fulham match. He has an inflammation on the skin around the shin.

"I think he will be only missing for a week. We paid a heavy price for the international duty. We've lost Michael Owen and El-Hadji wasn't 100 per cent against Manchester United."
