Houllier disappointed with FA Cup exit

"I was angry with the first goal," he admitted. "We were a bit out of shape and we lost our balance but you've got to give credit to them.

"As soon as they scored the first goal they took their chance well there and made it very difficult for us to break.

"When they were down to 10 men they were all back in defence. It's sometimes more difficult to play against a 10-man defence.

"The second goal doesn't count because we were pushing and trying to equalise - it's the first goal that let me down.

"It could be a blessing in disguise, who knows?"
