"He was injured then he went on international duty with Norway and played 70 minutes which was more than he was supposed to play and he hasn't been fit since," said the Liverpool boss.
"It is typical of a national team. I am not happy about it and I will be speaking to Stig Inge Bjornebye to express my feelings."
