Houllier hoping for Henchoz return

The 29-year-old was sorely missed by the Reds in the final games of what proved to be a forlorn chase for Champions League football. The former Blackburn Rovers player has not played since he aggravated a long-term calf injury in the Worthington Cup final in March, but Houllier feels he is now well on the road to recovery.

Houllier said: "I hope Stephane will be able to play in one of Switzerland's internationals in June. That would be a good test for him."
