Houllier: I will stay

Asked on Sky Sports whether he'd definitely still be in charge next season, Houllier said: "I definitely think so. We have a contract and a plan but obviously the speculation is worse than some clubs where they have good results. It is part and parcel of the game where you don't have good results. There have been lots of rumours and speculation but I feel strong, I feel fine, I feel good and I want to fight back because I am not happy with what's happened this season."

Liverpool are currently 29 points behind leaders Arsenal having played a game more.
