Houllier on the final six games

"We've got six games," he said. "We know what we want and we know what we need to get into the Champions League spot, but the form and liveliness has been very good this week.

"They were hurt after the Man Utd game. Mainly on the fact that they were victims of circumstance I would say, and they want to get back to winning ways really.

"I think we've been unlucky in some games and not got the results we deserve, but you have years like that.

"I really enjoy the challenge and get excited by the fact that we've got six games to play.

"We'll go into the six games with just one aim and that's to make sure we show the best of ourselves."
