Houllier returns

Houllier, who is now back in England, is desperate to get back to work but the final decision about when he can return naturally rests with doctors.

Acting boss Phil Thompson said: "We should have good news or a definite date on Gerard's return in the next ten days.

"We hope to have something concrete then, but of course we have to make sure he regains his full strength before he returns."
