Liverpool boss Gerard Houllier will lead the Reds into Europe this week when they travel to Germany to take on Bayer Leverkusen.
Houllier's decision to travel with the squad will mean this is the first time he has travelled with them on an away game since October.
Kop Talk sources within the first team squad inform us that the whole team were over the moon when they were told about his decision.
Meanwhile Gerard Houllier has revealed that doctors have advised him to stop going to work at Melwood so early each day. The boss arrives at Melwood for an 8 o'clock start but doctors felt this was too demanding and they have told him not come in so early. So what time does he arrive now? 8.30am! "Don't tell the doctors!" joked Houllier earlier this week.
