Hyypia disappointed with Reds display

Hyypia feels that Liverpool did not play well enough to merit a place in the last four of the UEFA Cup.

Hyypia said: "I'm disappointed with the result and a little bit disappointed with the way we played.

"We didn't make enough chances to win the game. The first goal was always going to be important and unfortunately they scored it on the stroke of half time.

"Celtic deserved to win. They battled well and played well. When you come here and win 2-0 then that tells you everything about the game."
