Hyypia fighting to make Sunderland game

Liverpool defender Sami Hyypia is suffering with flu and could be a doubt for the Sunderland game although Gerard Houllier believes the player will insist on playing.

"We are concerned about Sami because he has the flu but knowing him as I do I will be very surprised if he doesn't play," said the boss.
