"It is not unsettling to have new players arriving," he said. "From what I have seen in training and matches shows they are all quality players and have strengthened our squad.
"The manager has his own ideas how the games should be played and he is trying to do his best to get those ideas into our heads very quickly.
"Of course it is sad to see anyone leave like Michael Owen. But that is football and it happens all over.
"We just need to get used to these players, show what we have and try to improve our team play with the new lads involved.
"It is important that we help them all to settle in, but I would not think that our squad is a difficult place to come to, everyone welcomes new players."
