Both Jamie Carragher and John Arne Riise were forced to leave the field through injury on Saturday. Carragher has a sprained medial ligament in his left ankle while Riise has torn lateral ligaments in his left ankle.
"We expect both players to be unable to train for the next two to three weeks," said a club spokesman.
