Injury update

The Liverpool boss has revealed that Fernando Torres and Daniel Agger are close to returning to first team action.

"Torres is almost fit," said Benitez.

"Alonso and Agger cannot be involved against Besiktas. Alonso is more or less four weeks but Agger is closer and he was running today."

Jermaine Pennant still faces another two months on the sidelines.
