Liverpool could be without Emile Heskey when they take on Middlesbrough at the weekend.
Heskey came off with a calf strain against Barcelona last night and he joins Michael Owen in a race against time to be passed fit for the game.
It is too early at the moment to make any assumptions as to whether either player will make the game.
