Insua hoping to keep place

The Argentinian left-back made his second Premier League start of the season against Arsenal yesterday and is hoping to keep his place in the team for the Boxing Day game against Bolton.

"The boss gave me an opportunity to show what I can do and maybe I might get another chance to play at Anfield against Bolton," said Insua.

"Anfield is always a very special place to play and hopefully I can stay in the first team squad."
