The Argentinian defender believes the international break has come at a good time for Liverpool as it gives the club's injured players a fortnight to recover.
"I think the international break could be good for us because we have so many injuries," said Insua.
"It will give the players some more time to recover before the next game and also give everyone time to think about [Manchester] City."
