Italy lose

The World Cup holders were beaten 1-0 by Egypt in their second Confederations Cup match. Italy will now almost certainly have to beat Brazil if they are to reach the semi-finals.

Liverpool's Andrea Dossena was again an unused subsitute for the Italians.
