Dalglish believes the Reds can climb the Premiership table if everyone, players, staff and fans, are all working together.
"We're very proud and privileged with what's happened at Anfield, and we want to be part of the history and tradition going forward," said the boss.
"We want to continue with the same principles and philosophies about the football club, whether it's atmosphere within the stadium, or what we do on the pitch.
"We want to be helpful to the punters, and sometimes they've got to be helpful with us.
"We'll stand aside each other and hopefully move the club forward. They're as equally important to the club as what the players are, because we can all help push the club forward and upwards. Anfield is a fantastic place to go and play, and we should all look forward to it and not be afraid of it.
"I have always said we are in this together and we all have a huge role to play to help each other. We will do our best to do as much as we can here and I am sure the fans will do their best to help us. If we go as one then we have a better chance."
