Kewell give Yuletide boost for Reds

He has recovered from a damaged ankle ligament and will give Gerard Houllier a boost as Liverpool look to claw back some points over the festive period.

"He wasn't quite ready for the game at the weekend," said Houllier. "But he has a good chance of making the Boxing Day game, which is obviously good news for him and the team."
