According to Kewell's agent, the player will leave the Elland road club - with Highbury now said to be his favoured destination - within the next six days.
Kewell's agent Bernie Mandic told the BBC : "I stand by what I have said all along, and that is that I expect Harry's future to be sorted out by the end of the month."
