Sources in Leeds claims that the Reds are maintaining their contact with Harry Kewell's agent regarding a possible future move.
Leeds chief Peter Ridsdale has told Kewell he will be transfer listed if he does not agree and sign a contract extension by Christmas because of speculation that Liverpool and Roma are keen to sign him.
Kewell's team-mate Lee Bowyer also continues to be linked with the Reds. Leeds had expected him to finally agree and sign a new contract earlier in the week but that time zone has been exceeded. Liverpool have been monitoring Bowyer but with no formal bids coming in for him, he is trying to screw Leeds for what he can.
