Sky Blues chairman Mike McGinnity feels the injury-prone 23-year-olde shot-stopper would benefit from a sustained first team-run now that Rafael Benitez has installed Jerzy Dudek as Liverpool no1.
McGinnity said: "We would be getting a quality keeper and if we can get him playing regular football he is more likely to get a call up for England.
