"Nobody likes sitting on the bench and I am no different to anyone else," he said.
"But Jerzy's been great and started the season well. Now I am going to push him as hard as I can.
"I don't know if not being in the side will influence things with England.
"But I have had to wait before and I will have to wait again. I will keep working hard."
