Kuwaitis deny Reds move

Mohammad Abdulmohsin Al-Kharafi and Sons Company were linked with a takeover of Liverpool FC in yesterday's Daily Telegraph. However, a spokesman for the company has denied the story.

"Al-Kharafi Group is not at the moment looking to a buy a club. Our main concern is to promote and advertise Port Ghalib and this rumour about Liverpool probably came from that," a source from the group told the Kuwaiti Times yesterday.
