Kuyt deal almost done

Rafael Benitez is prepared to offload Jerzy Dudek and Jan Kromkamp to sign the Dutch striker.

Feyenoord appear to be resigned to losing Kuyt. They have allowed him to miss training and have left him off the team picture for the new season.

The transfer is expected to go through in the next 48 hours.
