The Feyenoord striker says now that Holland are out of the World Cup he would like to quickly wrap up a move to the Premiership.
"If I am going to leave Feyenoord, I would prefer to make the decision quickly. That would be the best thing for everyone," said Kuyt.
"I spoke with my manager [Erwin Koeman] before the World Cup and decided not to do anything until it was over.
"I will call him in a few days' time to see if there is any interest but I would love to play in England and there are a few clubs I dream about playing for."
Rafael Benitez is reportedly still keen to bring Kuyt to Liverpool despite already spending £6m on Craig Bellamy.
