Kuyt won't practice pens

If Liverpool and Chelsea draw 1-1 on Wednesday the game will go to a penalty shoot-out. However, Dirk Kuyt, who scored the winning goal in the shoot-out last season, won't be practicising his penalties ahead of the game.

"I will offer to take one, but I won't be practising them this week. It is left up to individual players, but I never practise them because it's impossible to put yourself under the same pressure as you have in a semi-final," he said.
