Lee escapes punishment

The Liverpool assistant manager was sent to the stands in Liverpool's opening game of the season after getting into an alteration with the fourth official over Phil Dowd's cowardly refereeing. However, Lee's previously impeccable record means he escapes a ban and gets away with a fine.
