Lee joins Bolton

Lee left Liverpool when Rafael Benitez took over to become a full-time member of the England set-up. However, with Phil Brown leaving Bolton to become manager of Derby, Lee has returned to club football as assistant manager to Sam Allardyce.

Lee will continue to be a part of the England set-up on a part-time basis.
