Litmanen joins Malmo FF

The Finnish international, who joined Liverpool in January 2001, has joined the Swedish side on a half a season contract with the option of a further year.

Malmo are currently third in the Swedish league with 23 points from 13 games. The Swedish side are hoping Litmanen's presence can inspire them into a Champions League spot.
