Liverpool are the team to beat says Benitez

Liverpool started their defence of the European Cup with a very good win away at Real Betis but Benitez has warned his team that every opponent will raise their game against them now they are European Champions.

"It's true teams may fight harder against us because we're European Champions," said Benitez.

"I know it's going to be very difficult for us, but we ' ve shown in the competition last season we can play well in these situations. We know we must be careful."
