We reported months ago that Ajax were sniffing round Jari and that Boro were interested in Nick so why are these new reports?
While we are not dismissing the reports, there hasn't been any further developments up until now so what's the point in linking players with clubs that we already know about?
The same applies to Gomes, we all know that the boss would be interested in signing him but do you want telling every day of the week as if you don't already know?

By all means keep people updated but if you read some of today's reports you'd think it was some kind of shock that fringe players like Litmanen and Barmby could be on their way, "AJAX CONSIDER SHOCK MOVE FOR JARI" - really? We never knew that...
