Liverpool fury over expensive away tickets

Officials from the Anfield club are set to bemoan the inflated fees at certain grounds in the Premier League holders' meeting.

Manchester United will share Liverpool's sentiments and raise discrepancies that their supporters have had to pay more than fans from other clubs.

Premier League rules stipulate that away ticket prices must be comparable in price for similar seats for home fans and in most cases games against Liverpool and Manchester United are deemed Category A fixtures across the board.

But Reds supporters hit out after being charged £42 for seats at West Bromwich Albion whereas Bolton fans only had to shell out £15 with concessions charged just £5 at The Hawthorns.
