The out-of-favour star wants to leave Kaiserlsautern to help his World Cup chances and has asked club president Jurgen Friedrich to allow him to leave.
"In the English Premiership league, there are notably clubs which are challenging for the title, of which two are managed by a Frenchman," said Djorkaeff, when asked if any clubs had shown any interest in him.
The 33-year-old is unhappy at not figuring for Kaiserlsautern.
"I am sick of it," he snapped.
