Liverpool target considers his next step

Ferguson
Will Ged swoop?
The Glasgow Evening Times today reports that Rangers captain Barry Ferguson is considering his future and that a move to the Premiership in the summer looks a strong possibility with Liverpool the most likely destination.

Liverpool, Arsenal and Leeds have all been watching him for some time and some of his performances of late have been breath-taking.

Kop Talk understands that a deal in principle (in that Rangers have agreed to sell him to Liverpool) has been agreed between Liverpool and Rangers and that Gerard Houllier only has to decide if he wants his man. Personal terms shouldn't be a problem if the boss swoops.
