The opening day fixture with Chelsea has been put back to Sunday 17th August (kick-off 4.05pm).

The away game at Everton will be shown live at 12.30pm on Saturday August 30.

Matches against Arsenal (Saturday October 4, 12.30pm), Manchester United (Sunday November 9, 12.30pm) and Newcastle (Saturday December 6, 12.30pm) have also been listed on Sky Sports' schedule.
