Marseille maddened by Bastia beating

Agnio felt the display was the worst he had witnessed from his Marseille men since being installed as coach at the Stade Velodrome in the wake of Alain Perrin's dismissal.

Agnio said: "We completely missed that match. We have worked for one month and a half to get back a strong team, but I didn't recognise my team.

"I don't know if we already had our minds at Anfield, but we were not in Bastia.

"We have to forget that match very quickly, and go back to work. For me, when you concede four goals, there is nothing positive to gain.

"It is probably the worst match we have played since I have been in charge of the team. It is not worrying, but conceding four goals is not reassuring all the same."
