Masch deadline extended

The Liverpool midfielder was hit with an improper conduct charge after his red card on Sunday.

He was then given until 6pm yesterday to appeal against that decision.

Mascherano has now ben given an extra 24 hours to decide if he is to appeal or not as he was on international duty on the other side of the world.
