Massive security operation for Gala clash

Liverpool officials have been assured that a 2000+ Police operation will be in force to protect supporters and the club during this week's Champions League clash against Galatasaray.

Two Leeds United supporters, Christopher Loftus and Kevin Speight were killed last year when rival fans clashed on the eve of the club's match with Galatasaray, so there are obvious fears for our own supporters this time around.
