Former Liverpool ace Steve McManaman says he wants to retire in Spain when he hangs up his boots.
The 30-year-old insists that he wouldn't want to play for the Reds again because he wants to finish his career with Real Madrid if the opportunity allows. Of course you'd already know that if you read his exclusive interview on KopTalk some time ago now.
"I never think about coming back to England. I'm in a team which wins titles and is the envy of the world," said Macca, a European Cup winner.
"I have been here for three years and I love the club and the city.
"I have never thought of going back to Liverpool. I have a family and many friends there but I will never come back to play."
