Liverpool have had a complete reversal in form since Dalglish took over as manager in January, second only to Man Utd in the form table. His man-management skills have impressed Meireles as the atmosphere in the changing room has changed for the better.
"It's a pleasure to play for Kenny. He is a fantastic manager and everybody loves him," said the midfielder.
"He knows a lot about football and it's great for me to work with Kenny.
"He has encouraged us to play good football and he has given us a belief that every time we go out on the pitch we can win.
"We still believe we can qualify for the Europa League and win every game between now and the end of the season.
"I know we are depending on the results of other teams but we just need to win every game.
"If we do our job well then I think we will have a good chance of qualifying."
