Mellor on comeback trail

Mellor has been out since January after undergoing a double knee operation but recently made his comeback as a second half subsitute in a reserve game against Manchester United.

Mellor makes his first start tonight alongside Ramon Castille as the Reds look to progress in a competition they won a couple of seasons ago. The Liverpool team is as follows:-
