Midfielder to miss Old Trafford clash

Midfielder Vladimir Smicer has been ruled out of tomorrow's clash with a cartilage injury.

Confirming the news, Phil Thompson said: "Vladi has some bleeding in the cartilage area and will definitely not be involved at Manchester United. Hopefully he will be back within a week or so."
