Lille's attacking midfielder Bruno Cheyrou (24) will sign for Liverpool within a week, say the French club.
Senegal captain Salif Diao (25) is also expected to complete a move to Anfield around the same time. The defensive midfielder has now apparently agreed personal terms.
Both players should cost around £4million each.
