"This season shouldn't be just one of consolidation because we have a new manager. We have to try to win the league.
"Arsenal and Chelsea are ahead of us at the moment. Arsenal are playing very well while Chelsea have made a good start and Man United are still a strong side but we have to set our targets high.
"If we set them low then it would mean we'd accept second rate performances. We'd be saying it was okay to finish fifth or sixth. That's not good enough for this club." said Miller.
